Well this is easier!

There has been some speculation of late regarding SSA Henderson. Seems he's someone everyone wants to know and those closest to me have an opinion about.
Nice.

I reserve my opinion for another day.

Hell I don't even know what the man drinks ... apart from coffee. I do however know what music he likes and I have to say it suits him.

Meanwhile: it appears that killerbyte, terrorbyte and possibly exacerbyte have been pirated. I'm sure you can imagine the choice phrases used to describe that turn of events.

And one other thing... pirating is theft. If someone walked into your home and stole the food from your kids plates, how would you feel?

I had every intention

It's true I did.

I had every intention of getting everything squared away over the weekend. Yeah, I even had a weekend. Which in itself is a wee miracle.

We had a dinner on Saturday night.

I know a lot of people who don't want to hang out with work collegues after hours. Delta A is not like that. We're family. It's how we do what we do - so well. When we get weekends... we have dinner. Not just us, but others who we've come to know are invited too.
Since Mac. Well, since Mac... anyway... Carla - the kid who was in the car with him that night - she comes too, with a social worker friend of mine. We've kept Carla close, maybe it's the least we can do.

My intentions were good, and still Mac's red truck sits in the driveway and the garden is being over run by woods... and the cat still doesn't have a name.
I wish I could remember what he called it.

I was thinking of getting Mac's dad to take the truck - but I can't bring myself to hand over the keys and watch it leave. As long as I see the red truck in the driveway - he can't really be dead, right?

I'm going to leave you with this...

Howdy!

Hey kids,

How goes life in your corner of the world?

Just wanted to drop in and let you know that Un:Bound is running Sunday Stories - on Sundays! I know. How groovacious is that?

And why do I want you to know this? (Apart from the little fact that Hagelrat at Un:Bound is one of my biggest fans... obviously, there is more to it than that. I'm simply not that shallow...)

Because Sunday Stories is ALL ABOUT ME.

I know, right?

You get to read the behind the scenes stories - things that happen outside the scope of the first 3 books - or in one case during KILLERBYTE.
Stories that maybe shine some more light on why we are the way we are. (Which of course is AWESOME, because Delta A - is Awesome.)

Drop by tomorrow and enjoy the first story in the Sunday series.

I have it on good authority that Cat is writing some more.

The Silly season is over.

With much joy I report the end to the silly season.

Although with the horror of the Arizona shootings you could all be forgiven for thinking it wasn't over. (Our thoughts and prayers are with the families.)

I know it's been awhile since I popped up and said anything - in all fairness, it's been busy over here.

Cat's gearing up for the release of EXACERBYTE - which our third adventure together. At the moment she is awaiting the first review. I don't know who is more nervous - her or me!

We've almost finished going over FLASHBYTE (our 4th sojourn into the crazy space that is my life!). True to form as the final touches go onto one manuscript Cat starts thinking about the next one... this time it's something to do with diamonds. And I get to tell her about the one time at band camp   diamond thief I once met. Sound like fun? I can tell you Kurt did not think so.

Hope you've all been well and are set for an exciting year.

It's going to be remarkable!
